Terms and conditions

We confirm bookings to individual accommodations for hotels and apartments which we do not operate ourselves and we confirm bookings for our own apartments as well. We recommend that you reconfirm your booking with the property directly prior to your arrival.

Cancellations must be made through our agency. If you cancel the accommodation or you do not show in the accommodation facility, your booking will result in the accommodation charging your credit / debit card for the first night’s stay.

We do not take responsibility for any problems or overbookings in your chosen accommodation. It is the sole responsibility of the accommodation to provide you with the accommodation and/or other services reserved. We recommend that you reconfirm your booking prior to arrival to avoid complications, which also assists the property in preparing for your arrival, i.e. check-in times.

Our liability

Astra Reality (Astra Accommodation) endeavors to check the accuracy of information published on this web site with the accommodation providers. You should note, however, that we do not warrant that such information will be error free and in using this web site you acknowledge that the information provided may include inaccuracies and / or typographical errors.

Astra Reality  is not liable to you in the event that the accommodation is not suitable for your purposes.

Astra Reality is not liable for any damages or loss of property of the tenants in provided accommoation.

Confirming a reservation:

You must use a credit or debit card to confirm a reservation or you can pay directly via bank. By making a reservation with your credit / debit card you authorise Astra Reality to pre-authorize one night’s room charge to your card. This amount will only be charged in case of a late cancellation (according to our cancellation conditions) or in case of no show.

Once a reservation is confirmed

Astra Reality will send you a confirmation of your reservation and will provide contact details of your chosen accommodation.

We suggest that you check and confirm with the accommodation facility the precise terms and conditions of cancellation conditions.

Cancellations & amendments to bookings

The cancellation fee will be charged according to our cancellation conditions. In case of cancellation of the first night from the whole accommodation, Astra Reality is allowed to charge this night from your credit card /debit card. In case of change of number of persons on the day of your arrival, Astra Reality will charge the confirmed number of persons for the first night. Astra Reality does not take responsibility of cancellations due to changes in the accommodation provided, sickness, adverse weather conditions, strikes, Acts of God, or for any other reason. All such liability rests with the person who has booked the accommodation.

Astra Reality reserves the right to change your accommodation to a different accommodation facility of the same quality, similar area and the same price in case of any emergencies (problems in the apartment) or overbooking.

Cancellation conditions in apartments operated by Astra:  

APARTMENTS

LOW SEASON  3.1.-13.3.09 + 8.11.-19.12.09

Cancellation less than 5 days prior to arrival - 1st night payment.

HIGH SEASON 15.3.-7.11.09 + 20.12.-27.12.09

Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival - 1st night payment

(In case of a longer stay (7 nights and more) we have to charge payment for 2 nights)

TOP HOLIDAY SEASON (30.4.-3.5. + 28.12.2009 - 1.1.2010)

Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival - 1st night payment

Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival - whole payment for booked accommodation

We reserve the right to change accommodation in case of some kind of emergency to a same level apartment for the same prices.

PLEASE NOTE that you are accommodated in private apartment so please after 22:00 DO NOT DISTURB your neighbours as they would be in the right to call the police. We also reserve the right to quit your accommodation in case you do not observe the silent hours and violate regulations in our accommodation facilities.

We reserve the right that in case that the clients make a double booking and they not stay in our apartment we charge the whole payment for their stay.

EMERGENCY SERVICE AFTER 23:00 :  After 23:00 in the evening, each emergency service is charged 500,- CZK ( unexpected late check in, loss of keys, etc )
