- The reception is open daily to guests from 7:00 - 23:00. Downstairs in the Residence is situated a Wine bar called Alla Stella Nera. The Wine bar evokes building´s rich history, which was once a centre of wine culture. The guests can enjoy the unique of the wine bar, excellent gastronomy and cultural events.

- The residence offers luxurious accommodation in 6 suites, each up to four people. Each suite has at least two rooms ( usually a bedroom, living room with Sat TV and safety deposit box). Four of them ( De luxe suites ) have fully equipped kitchens ( fridge, electrical toaster and fast -boiling kettle ). Suites without a kitchen are fitted with a fridge, toaster and kettle.
