Description

• The apartment is located in Prague 3, which is considered as a city center. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the popular Wenceslas square. You can also use the tram no. 30, which stop is very close  to  the apartment. By this tram you can reach the Wenceslas square in 5 minutes and then it follows to Lesser Town.  
  
  In the neighborhood you can go into the beautiful park , popular especially in the summer time. Just the next door there is very good restaurant U Radnice, which is open till 23:00 every day and you can choose from the local typical Czech meals. You can also order the Sauna over there, which is located in the court yard of that restaurant and it costs 180,- czk / for 2 hours.  The shopping center Flora is located 2 stops by tram or by foot it takes about 10 minutes. In this fashion 4 story center, you can purchase all the souvenirs ( jewellery, cloths, shoes, toys, wines and alcohol, ) but there are also very cozy coffee places, in which you can get excellent desserts or ice creams.
  
  Price for a stay 1 year and more = 20.000 CZK / month - including the fees.
  Price for a stay 3 months  = 22.000 CZK / month - including the fees.
  Price for a stay 1 month   = 25.000 CZK / month - including the fees.
